In another clip from "Sunday Morning Shootout" animation genius John Lasseter talks about the differences between creating an animated film and live action films, especially the fact that with animation you have only one chance to get it right. What I find especially interesting is how they test the films. I wonder whether we scriptwriters could do more of this kind of testing in the development process, not with animation but maybe with readings combined with storyboards. The clip is HERE.
