For a lot of writers, visual images are a great source of inspiration. If that's you, try the new Moodstream at Gettyimages.com. You can set some levels (such as how serious or humorous you want the images to be, how nostalgic, and so on) and you can turn on or off a musical accompaniment.
The site will start streaming images from Getty's huge collection.
One tip: set the images to flash by slowly so you can get an emotional impact, and when one pops up that seems to be speaking to you about whatever you're writing, pause it, study it--and then get back to writing!
