I know how you feel.
You've written something you know is good, but so far nobody is paying any attention.
It's not that they're turning it down, they'e not even reading it.
There's a Chinese proverb:
"The miracle is not to fly in the air, or to walk on water; but to walk on the earth."
Your miracle isn't getting on the best-seller list or scoring a million dollar screen rights sale. It's that you get to write something special. You get to spend time with these characters in a story of your own invention.
The rest will come, if you keep at it, find opportunities where nobody else sees them, take advantage of every opportunity, , and stay patient and focused.
In the meantime, enjoy walking on the earth.
