I just wanted to let you know that I made it past the open heart surgery on March 8 and one complication (atrial flutter) and got home yesterday, March 29.
Full recovery will take a while, but it's great to be home.
Thanks for sending prayers and good wishes my way via my blog or Facebook (or silently), they meant a lot to me.
UPDATE MAY 9, 2018: Just had a bunch of follow-up tests and everything was fine. Also, the incision no longer looks like I was Viktor Frankenstein's second experiment! Again, thanks for all the good wishes.
